Jamie Reckord - Defender

D.O.B. - 09/03/1992 - Wolverhampton

Debut : Blyth Spartans (A) - 05/08/23
Last Game : Scunthorpe United (H) - 20/04/24

Jamie was a bit of a marquee signing as the majority of the refreshed squad had been chosen by the Chairman, the left back was one of new Manager Tim Flowers' signings.

He'd played under Flowers during his successful spell at Solihull Moors but came to the club after suffering a relegation at Yeovil Town and it seemed that some of the Glovers' fans weren't sorry to see him go.

What followed was a difficult season for Jamie at the lowest level he'd every played at following a Football League career followed by more than two hundred appearances in the National League Premier.

Jamie failed to find the net in a City shirt and became a target for the frustration of those on the T-End. It wasn't helped by a cheap red card in the FA Cup at home to Totton which probably didn't make much difference to the 0-3 defeat!
